According to him, the entire Luhansk region is “the territory of the” LPR “occupied” by Ukrainian troops.
“I think we should call on Ukraine to withdraw its troops voluntarily,” Khoroshilov said.
He noted that if this does not happen, then a decision will be made that “will allow establishing peace and restoring our territorial integrity” throughout the territory of the so-called “LPR”.
