Veyre-Monton. The loyalty of Blood Donors. The blood donation volunteers of the Veyre-Monton section can have a smile: seventy-four donors came to donate their blood at the last blood drive. In addition, six of them were new donors, an important indicator for the renewal of volunteers.

It takes two new donors to replace an old one. And a blood donation means an average of three sick or injured people who can be treated. It is not in vain to repeat these figures.
Blood donation in Veyre-Monton is constantly increasing: sixty-five donors per collection in 2018, sixty-nine in 2019 and seventy-four in 2020.
The generosity rate of donors living in the municipality (number of registered donors compared to the population of age to give) is 9% against 4% at the national level.
Initially planned for the sports hall under construction, the collection could take place in a refurbished Harmonia room, which will constitute a remarkable working tool for all the events it will host.
