The Lowest Temperature Ever Recorded in Norway Hits Oslo at Minus 30 Degrees Celsius

A cold wave has been hitting northern Europe for a few days, with a record level of 43.6 degrees Celsius below zero recorded in northern Sweden on Wednesday, which is the lowest temperature recorded in 25 years in January on its territory.
