The London Stock Exchange falls 1.01% amid fears about the recovery – World

The FTSE-100, the main index in the British capital, fell 71.32 points, to 7,024.21 points, while the secondary FTSE-250 lost 0.21%, 48.95 points, to 23,799.94 points.

At the close of the stock market, the British pound advanced 0.57% against the euro, to 1.1713 euros, and gained 0.63% against the US dollar, to 1.3852 dollars.

On the London floor, the Coca-Cola HBC bottling company led the losses with a fall of 4.35%, while the advertising DCC lost 3.43%, the investor Melrose Industries a 3.20%, the mining company Polymetal International a 3.17% and the insurance company Prudential 3.04%.

On the other hand, the investment manager M&G rose 1.43%, the hotel company Whitbread, 1.26%, the financial firm Intermediate Capital Group, the retail chain 1.12%, B&M European Value Retail, 1, 11% and the hotel company InterContinental Hotels Group 0.97%.
