the location of the game has been revealed, plus we have some good news for Xbox Oneers too!

Talking to Eurogamer, senior game designer Mike Brown said he supported Xbox One consoles, saying it’s not much different from supporting a lower-specification PC.

The developer also added that the studio “feels great” with every version of the game.

“Well, we’ve been present on PCs since Horizon 3, which means we’re used to shipping a game with a wide variety of system specifications. So the fact that the game should work on Xbox One, Xbox Series consoles, and PCs isn’t much different. I think supporting Xbox One consoles involves exactly the same amount of effort as supporting a lower specification PC. Honestly, we have a pretty good time with every version of the game. ”

Mike Brown emphasized.

Mike Brown also commented on why Forza Horizon 5 is taking place in Mexico and said the studio not only wanted to make the biggest ticket to the series so far, but also needed to make the venue as diverse as it makes sense to be bigger if otherwise everything is the same:

“And Mexico as a country – it’s almost like the whole world is in one country because there are volcanoes, snowy mountains, canyons, jungles, hills, ancient cities, modern beach hotels, different flavors of the desert. And all of this together makes for an open world that’s so much fun to explore – in every area you go into, you see new things, you experience new things. To this incredibly diverse, open world, we add the fact that Mexican culture is known and loved around the world: art, music, people. I think we ended up in a place where we couldn’t have found a more exciting opportunity for the Horizon Festival. ”

Forza Horizon 5 will be released on November 9, 2021 for PC, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S and Xbox One.
