“In December last year, a new list of territories where hostilities are (were) conducted or temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation was approved. On its basis, in particular, payments are made to internally displaced persons,” the report says.
The Ministry of Reintegration noted that this list is periodically updated by the relevant order. Changes to the list are approved in agreement with the Ministry of Defense on the basis of proposals from the relevant regional, Kyiv city military administrations.
“Thus, in the updated scroll territories of possible and active hostilities included settlements in Dnepropetrovsk, Donetsk, Mykolaiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kherson, Chernihiv, Zaporozhye regions,” the Ministry of Reintegration added.
Persons who have left the settlements, which are included in the list as territories, are entitled to payments:
- possible hostilities;
- active hostilities;
- temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation, where the date of completion of hostilities (date of termination of the possibility of hostilities) or temporary occupation of the Russian Federation is not determined.
