The head of the Attorney General’s Center for Legal Information, Leonard Eben Ezer Simanjuntak, said there were 16 confiscated pieces of evidence in the form of four-wheeled vehicles that will be auctioned next week starting at 09.00 WIB until 11.00 WIB.

Meanwhile, the description of the confiscated four-wheeled vehicle that will be auctioned by the prosecutor related to the alleged corruption of Asabri with specifications for the year, condition, type, price limit and security deposit as follows:

1. Mercedes Benz metallic blue color, number register vehicle B 296 KE, owner of PT. Son of Borneo. In 2016, the condition is quite good, without BPKB/STNK, type S65-AMG 6.0 M-AMGS63CPAT (C217CBU). Price limit IDR 3,054,400,000 with a security deposit of IDR 620 million.

2. Rolls Royce black color, number register vehicle B 7 EIR, owner of PT. Jakarta Issuer Investors. In 2009, the condition is quite good, without BPKB/STNK, Phantom Coupe type. Price limit Rp2,756,600,000 with a security deposit of Rp580 million.

3. Nissan black color, number register vehicle B 1940 SAJ. In 2014, the condition was quite good, without BPKB/STNK, type Teana. The limit price is IDR 121,200,000 with a security deposit of IDR 25 million.

4. Ferrari metallic gray color, number register vehicle B 15 TRM on behalf of Heru Hidayat. In 2014, the condition was quite good, accompanied by BPKB/STNK, type F12 Berlinetta. Price limit IDR 6,088,600,000 with a security deposit of IDR 1.3 billion.

15. Toyota Alphard SC 2.5 A/T, nomor register vehicle D 1172 BES, white color, on behalf of Adam R Damiri. In 2015, the conditions were adequate, accompanied by BPKB/STNK, type minibus Alphard SC 2.5 A/T. The limit price is IDR 590 million with a security deposit of IDR 118 million.

16. Lexus, RX200T F-SPORT 4X2AT, black color, number register B 16 SLR vehicle, on behalf of PT Inti Kapuas Int’l. In 2017, the condition was quite good, accompanied by a STNK without BPKB, type JEEP SCHDTP 1998 CC. Price limit IDR 767,200,000, with a security deposit of IDR 155 million.

It is known that the evidence being auctioned belongs to four suspects, namely Heru Hidayat (HH) as Director of PT Trada Alam Minera; Director of PT Jakarta Issuer Investor Relationship, Jimmy Sutopo (JS); Adam Rachmat Damiri (ARD) as former President Director of PT Asabri; and Head of Asabri Investment Division 2012-2017 period, IWS.

“The auction of confiscated objects/evidence in the Asabri corruption case as referred to in Article 45 of Law Number 8 of 1981 concerning the Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP), due to high storage and maintenance costs, through the Jakarta State Property and Auction Service Office IV,” Leonard said.

In this case, there are nine suspects in the Asabri corruption case, namely Adam Rachmat Damiri (ARD) as the former President Director of PT Asabri; Sonny Widjaja (SW) as the former President Director of PT Asabri for the 2016-2020 period; BE as the former Finance Director of Asabri for the period 2008-2014; HS as the former Director of Asabri for the period 2013-2014 and 2015-2019.

Then, IWS as the Head of the Investment Division of Asabri for the period 2012-2017; LP as the President Director of Prima Network; Benny Tjokrosaputro (BTS) as Director of PT. Hanson International; Heru Hidayat (HH) as Director of PT. Trada Alam Minera; Director of PT. Maxima Integra; and Director of PT Jakarta Issuer Investor Relationship, Jimmy Sutopo (JS).
