He also says it’s really good for your heart and there’s some research showing it can reduce the risk of cancer or dementia.

Taking a cold shower is also on the list, with Dr Mosley suggesting that at the end of your shower, you should turn the tap on cold for ten seconds to boost your immune system. It can help reduce stress, improve cardiovascular health and strengthen the immune system.

We should also try to dance ten minutes a day. Dancing and trying new routines have been shown to be more effective than traditional fitness exercises for improving muscles, balance and brain health.

It has also been shown to help with depression, reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke, as well as boost your memory and protect against dementia.
