The lie we live in, this is your story – 2024-09-30 07:06:17

Every day we wake up in the same room and follow the same path. Food, water, land, the elements we need to survive are in the hands of corporations. There is no food for us in the trees, no drinking water in the rivers, no free land on which to build a home. If you try to simply take what the Earth provides, you will be sent to prison. So we obey their rules. We discover the world through a textbook. For years we sit and mechanically repeat everything we are told, the lie we live in.

We are being tested and evaluated like guinea pigs in a laboratory. Raised not to change the status quo. Raised to be like everyone else. Smart enough to do our job, but not to ask ourselves the question “Why are we doing it?” So we work and work without having time to live the life we do it for. Until we’re too old to do our jobs. Then they let us die. Our children take our place in the game.

It seems to us that our path is unique, but taken together we are nothing more than fuel. The fuel that powers the elite.

The elite that hides behind corporate logos. This is the world, and its most valuable resource is not in the ground. That resource is us. We build their cities, we run their machines, we fight their wars. However, this is not done with money, it is done with power. Money is just their means of controlling us. Useless pieces of paper that we rely on for our food, transportation, and entertainment. They gave us money and in return we gave them the world.

Where there were trees that clean the air, now there are factories that poison it. Where there was potable water, there is now stinking toxic waste. Where animals used to run free, there are now industrial farms where they are born and slaughtered for our pleasure in an endless cycle. More than 1 billion souls are starving even though we have enough food for everyone. Where is she going? Nearly 70% of the grain we produce goes to feed the animals we eat for dinner. Why should they help the starving?! There is no benefit from them… People are like a plague that befalls the Earth. They are destroying the very nature that allows them to live. They see in everything something that can be sold and an object that can be owned. But what will happen when we pollute the last river? When we poison the last breath of air? When we don’t have oil for the trucks that bring us our food?

When will we realize that money is not edible and has no value? We are not destroying the planet, we are destroying all life on it.

Every year, thousands of biological species disappear. It won’t be long before we follow them. Statistics show that regardless of where you live, about 40% of the population of your continent gets cancer. On a larger scale, about 60% of the Earth’s population dies from this insidious disease. In Europe alone, these are 1.7 million. deaths per year. Heart disease also kills 1 in 3. We take medicine to deal with these problems, but health care is the third leading cause of death after cancer and heart disease. We are taught that we can find a solution to everything by throwing money at scientists to find a pill to make our problems go away. But pharmaceutical companies and cancer societies count on our suffering to make a profit. We think we’re running for the sake of finding a cure, but we’re actually running from the cause.

OUR BODY IS THE RESULT OF WHAT WE EAT. The food we eat is created with a single goal – PROFIT. We absorb toxic chemicals from a young age. The bodies of the animals we eat are teeming with medicine and disease. But we don’t see that. The narrow group of corporations that owns the media doesn’t want us to see it. They surround us with an illusion that they present to us as reality. It’s funny to think that people once considered the Earth to be the center of the universe. But now we consider the human species to be the center of the planet.

We say we are the smartest pointing to our technologies. But do computers, cars and factories really demonstrate how intelligent we are? Or do they show how lazy we have become? We put on a civilized mask, but when we take it off, what are we left with? How quickly we forget that

only in the last 100 years have we allowed women to vote and blacks to live as equals with us.

We act like we know everything, but at the same time we miss seeing so much. We walk down the street, ignoring all the little things and the stories they tell. We perceive everything as the background of our own Self.

We call other beings stupid, but at the same time we point to them to justify our actions. But does the fact that we can and have always done it mean that it is right to kill? Or it shows how little we have learned and how we continue to act, guided by primal aggression, instead of intelligence and compassion. One day the feeling we call life will leave us. Our bodies will rot. Our values will be appropriated. Only the deeds of the past remain. Death is always around us, even though it seems so far away through the lens of our everyday life.

We live in a world facing doom. The wars of the future will have no winners. Because violence will never be the answer. It will destroy any possible solution. If each of us looks at our innermost desire, we will see that our dreams are not so different. We share a common goal – happiness. We destroy the world in search of joy, but never look within ourselves. Many of the happiest people are those who own the least. We are detached from the world. We idolize people we’ve never met. We wait for someone to bring change without ever thinking of changing ourselves.

Presidential elections can also be conducted by casting a die. These are two sides of the same coin. We choose the face we like, creating the illusion of change. But the world remains the same.

We cannot understand that politicians do not serve us, but those who financed them,

to get to power. We need leaders not politicians. But in this world of followers, we have forgotten to lead ourselves. Stop waiting for change and be the change you want to see. We did not get here through inaction. The human race has survived not because we are the fastest or the strongest, but because we have acted together. We have mastered the art of killing. Now let us learn the skill of enjoying life.

It’s not about saving the planet. The planet will remain whether we are here or not. Earth has existed for billions of years. Any of us would be lucky to make it to 80. We are only a moment in eternity, but our impact lives on forever. Don’t you wish you lived in an era where there were no computers and screens to distract you? And maybe we could find a reason to want to live right in the current era of technological advancement.

Because today we have the opportunity that we have never had before. The Internet gives us the power to share a message and unite millions of people around the world. While we still can, we must use our screens to unite, not divide. For better or worse, our generation will determine the future of life on this planet. We can continue to work for this destructive system until there is no memory of our existence left.

And we can wake up. To realize that we are not rising up in evolution, but falling headlong down. Except we have screens in front of our eyes and we can’t see where we’re headed. The present moment is what every step, every life and every death has led to.

We are the faces of all who lived before us. Now it’s our turn.

You can choose to carve your own path or follow one that countless others have already taken. Life is not a movie. The script hasn’t been written yet. We are the writers. This is your story, their story, our story…
