The Provincial Public Library of Cádiz, dependent on the territorial delegation of Culture and Historical Heritage of the Junta de Andalucía has launched ‘Summer Loan’, a program that will allow users borrow more books for longer. This service has been organized for the summer to encourage and encourage reading during the summer period and will be effective until next September 15.
This sum of readings consists of rendering 5 books for 35 days. In this way, the aim is to contribute to making the loan of copies more accessible, making it easier for users to read. The service also includes the loan of 3 audiovisuals for seven days.

If the book you want is on loan, there is a reservation service, thanks to which at the time of its return it will be immediately offered to the person interested in the copy. The library is in charge of notifying the user and will keep the book for two days, thus ensuring reading.
The schedule of the Provincial Public Library will remain unchanged during the summer: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The Library continues to prioritize the protection of health, adapting at all times, to the current regulations, imposed by the Covid -19, so that users of the different services offered can feel comfortable and continue to enjoy the pleasure of reading and research.
