RS Coaña opens a new reading room in the Gonzalo Anes Municipal Library. The City Council has been in charge of providing the facility with furniture to make this “a more attractive, comfortable and functional space.” A consultation table, a large hanging chair and several ‘poufs’ will help “young people have a special space and motivate reading.” The Coaña City Council considers that it is “very important” to promote reading in all age groups, but also to familiarize the youngest with the use of public services and municipal facilities, “offering healthy leisure alternatives and promoting reading as a form of permanent personal growth ». Its reading stimulation plan has increased uses, the number of loans and the number of members.
