To participate in the operation to liberate the island were involved:
- grouping of naval forces;
- Bayraktar squadron;
- Air Force;
- rocket troops and artillery;
- units of the State Border Service, SBU and intelligence;
- other units from the operational-strategic grouping of troops “Alexandria”.

- Radar “Cape” – 1 unit;
- MLRS “Tornado-G” – 1 unit;
- MLRS “Grad” – 1 unit;
- electronic warfare system – 1 unit;
- small boat – 1 unit;
- armored combat vehicles – 2 units;
- automotive engineering – 8 units;
- ammunition depot – 1.
