The level of state benefits for families raising children, calculated from the budget living standard (BML), will increase from 1 November by 1.1%. About this reported at the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection in Belarus.

Benefit for women registered with healthcare organizations before 12 weeks of pregnancy (one-time benefit) – 100% of the BPM, or 437.8 rubles.

Family allowance for children from three to 18 years at the time of raising a child under three years of age (monthly) – 50% of the BPM, or 218.9 rubles.

The monthly benefit for children over three years of age from certain categories of families is proportionally increased. Therefore, for children over three years raised in such families (except for a disabled child), they will pay 218.9 rubles. (50% BPM), for a disabled child older than three years – 306.46 rubles. (70% BPM).

The monthly allowance for caring for a disabled child under the age of 18 will also increase. With stages I and II of loss of health before the child reaches 18 years of age and with stages III and IV of loss of health before the age of three years, a three-year-old child is entitled to 100% of the BPM, or 437.8 rubles. . With III and IV levels of health loss after the child turns three years old – 120% of the BPM, or 525.36 rubles.

The benefit for children under the age of 18 who are infected with the human immunodeficiency virus (monthly) is 70% of the BPM, or 306.46 rubles.

Benefits, which are calculated from the BPM, have been paid to more than 167 thousand children, the Ministry of Labor said.
