The legendary shooter Half-Life celebrates its 25th anniversary – the game has received a major update and can be picked up for free

Half-Life is the cult debut game from Valve, released on November 19, 1998. It was one of the first FPS to offer players an almost cinematic experience. And at the same time, it had a very cool multiplayer mode, convenient for those who like to modd games. Thanks to this we got Counter-Strike and Team Fortress Classic. Without a doubt, Half-Life was a phenomenon when it was released and remained so for a long time.

The promotion will continue until November 20. Valve also released an hour-long documentary dedicated to Half-Life.

Half-Life also received a major update with new and restored content and a variety of changes, and Steam Deck owners received full compatibility. Prior to this, support for the game on a portable PC was only partial. You can find the full list of changes and additions Here.
