The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is set to release next month on May 12th and Nintendo has made some updates on its official game page. The game’s digital file size was reduced to about 16GB from its original size of around 18GB, making it no longer the “biggest” release on the system. However, it still requires around 15.9GB of free space and this may change before its release date. Despite this reduction, it is still larger in size than Link’s original Switch outing, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, which comes in at 14.4GB. The game will also cost $69.99 USD, a $10 increase, but Nintendo assured fans that this price bump is only decided on a case-by-case basis.
