Elena Dineva lives in a luxurious apartment on Vasil Levski Boulevard in the capital, travels a lot, her relatives say, leads a dynamic life. According to them, the French authorities were not at all moved by the persistent requests of the KPCONPI to confiscate her apartment in the center of Paris in favor of the Bulgarian state.
