Now, however, he has revealed the truth about him abandoning him. Here’s what he said.

Massimo Cannoletta and the truth about the legacy: his words

Massimo Cannoletta surprised everyone with his participation in the Inheritance, a quiz show hosted by Flavio Insinna, thanks to his boundless culture and his great intelligence. Very fond of history, over the years he has also deepened his interests with the study of art and music. He remains the reigning champion of the Legacy for at least two months, recording a total of 51 episodes. The notoriety and the incredible wisdom of man give him the opportunity to find a job in Rai, in fact, he has a personal space in the program Today is another day, by Serena Bortone and, at the weekend, he participates in Intercom Rai2, program by Paola Perego and Simona Ventura.

On 23 December 2020, however, Massimo decided to leave the program, surprising the public who had been following him for a long time. Cannoletta has recently returned to talk about the quiz show, in a recent interview for Libraio.it, specifying that his decision was very thoughtful and reasoned. Here’s what he said: “I had only decided that I would leave that day, but I had not notified anyone. I had returned for two months in Rome alone, where my life was: hotel, television studios, hotel. When the time came to leave, on December 23rd , it seemed ugly to dismiss everything with words of circumstance. I looked Flavio in the eye, I did not want to say ‘I withdraw and go away’, and so I chose a softer formula that came spontaneously to me at that moment. Taking leave cost me very affectionately, but I was a little tired “

A hard period for Massimo, among other things also characterized by the pandemic, which in Italy did not allow to lead a normal life, due to the many restrictions that the government had issued. Thus, the champion has decided to retire at the peak of success, knowing then to carve out a career on TV that will hopefully go on for a long time to come.
