Inc. announced Learning Academy On the recommendation of the Board of Directors to distribute cash dividends to shareholders of two riyals instead of 1.5 riyals for the second half of the 2022 fiscal year.
The “Learning Academy” said in a statement on “Tadawul Saudi Arabia” today, Tuesday, that the total amount distributed is 12 million riyals, for the number of shares entitled to profits, 6 million shares.
He added that the share share from the distribution is two riyals, with a distribution ratio to the par value of the share of 20%.
The Learning Academy said it distributed net cash earnings of 9 million riyals for the first half of fiscal year 2022 AD, at a rate of 1.5 riyals per share, which represents 15% of the par value of the share, to shareholders registered in the bank records with the Securities Depository Center Company (EDAA) at the end of the second Trading Day following the expiration date corresponding to September 8, 2022.
He added that, therefore, the total net distributed earnings amounted to 21 million riyals for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2022 AD, at 3.5 riyals per share, which is 35% of the par value of the share.
