LaLiga answers the statements of Carolina Darias, Minister of Health, in which she considered that “the return of the public to the stadiums would not be the most advisable thing to do.” The agency requested the return of the followers for this end of the season, a request that has been denied by Darias. A decision that not only applies to the First Division, but also extends to the Smartbank League and Endesa.
The minister justified this decision with the different realities that coexist in the country. “The situation presents an important variety among all the autonomous communities. There are communities that have a cumulative incidence below 70 and others close to 400 or above 500, therefore, a measure like that would not be the same throughout the Spanish territory, “he explained.
These statements have been used by the League to ask now that this decision not be made by the Central Government: “We request the return to the public according to the health situation of each Autonomous Community, relegating the final decision on them and respecting all the appropriate measures, as is happening so far with various sporting events and of any other nature, “they pointed out.
