The battle for first place in the upcoming elections is yet to come. “There is such a people” is ahead of its main opponents by about three percent – GERB and BSP, which have practically equal positions.
This shows a study by the Mediana Agency, conducted from June 10 to 15 among 1,008 people (18+ years old) through a direct standardized interview, which is representative of the adult population of the country. The study is a research project of the MEDIANA agency and was implemented with own funds.

The Arc de Triomphe in Paris will be wrapped in silver-blue textiles and red rope in a posthumous performance of a project by the artist Christo, created in the early 60s of last century, announced the electronic edition of the British newspaper “Guardian”, reports BTA.
Next month, work will begin on the installation “The Arc de Triomphe. Packed” on one of the most popular monuments in the world. The cost of the project is 14m euros. The arch will be packed in 25,000 square meters of recyclable polypropylene fabric, fixed with 3,000 meters of red rope, also recyclable.
The installation will fulfill the dream of Christo and his wife Jean-Claude, who made the first plans for the project in 1962 in a rented room near the monument.

EU ambassadors today approved the inclusion of the United States in the list of countries and territories from which passengers can enter the territory of the union, even if they are not vaccinated against KOVID-19, AFP reported, citing European sources.
Albania, Northern Macedonia, Serbia, Lebanon, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao were also added to the list.

Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin described the situation with the COVID-19 infection as “dramatic”, BNR reported.

Authorities in Saudi Arabia have passed a law that has given many women the right to live independently, newsru reported.
The legislation allows adult subjects of the Middle Eastern monarchy who are not married, widows and divorced people not to live under one roof with a male guardian, as has been mandatory so far.
The change in ossification came as a result of a religious court ruling. Riyadh magistrates said a few weeks ago that it was not a crime for a woman to live without a guardian.
The court considered the case of a resident of the capital of Saudi Arabia.
