Also in light of the three years he spent as a prisoner and the critical review of his past “it is now possible to revoke the house arrest regime and replace the measure with the more tenuous one of the ban on residence in Sicily, despite having assessed the needs for accommodation and work, with a related ban on access unless specific judicial authorization is granted”.
