The federal government adopted an modification to Rulebook for the implementation of the Legislation on the Possession and Use of Agricultural Lands (ZSPZZZ).
The launched modifications give precedence to native manufacturing within the cultivation of greens, perennials, annual discipline crops and perennial fodder crops, in addition to natural manufacturing of those crops. Native farmers creating actions in these delicate sectors are allowed to take part within the tender procedures for renting or leasing the arable land from the State Land Fund.
When finishing up the process for the consolidated use of agricultural lands, a possibility is created for better safety when concluding agreements for the creation of arrays to be used.
With the intention to obtain better equity and publicity within the non-auction lease of pastures, meadows and meadows from the State and Municipal Land Funds to livestock breeders, properties from each public funds might be distributed concurrently by a joint fee.
