A prestigious law firm specializing in family law, mainly focused on separations and family conflicts. The lives of the lawyers and their clients provide the ideal backdrop for the hit Colombian telenovela The laws of the heart (La ley del corazón). The first season of the series, composed of 131 episodes, produced by RCN Colombia and distributed in Italy by Tunnel Produzioni, will be available for the first time on RaiPlay every Thursday starting from 14 November and soon on Rai2.
The Laws of the Heart, the Colombian telenovela arrives on Raiplay and TikTok
The cast includes actors from the Latin American television scene who have obtained numerous international awards. Laura Londoño, known for various successful productions such as «Café con Aroma de Mujer» and for having won the latest edition of MasterChef Spain, Luciano D’Alessandro, Venezuelan actor and presenter of Italian origins already known to the Italian public for the series «Dolce Valentina» and soon at the cinema with «Padres» and Sebastián Martínez, protagonist of the Netflix series The Accident. Furthermore, the original theme song of the series is very successful; the song “Me Llamas” by the group Piso 21 is in fact a worldwide hit with over 90 million streams.
The plot
Based on real stories with current issues, often delicate and with a strong social content, Le Leggi Del Cuore tells the human and professional stories of a group of lawyers from an important law firm, experts in family and criminal law.
Over the course of the episodes, the legal cases are intertwined with the story between Julia Escallón (Laura Londoño) and Pablo Domínguez (Luciano D’Alessandro), two brilliant lawyers who meet just when he is divorcing and she is about to get married to her colleague Camilo Borrero (Sebastián Martínez). The law firm deals with complex cases that often involve the protagonists from a personal and ethical point of view, such as that of a transsexual who claims paternity of her biological child, but also delicate criminal cases of domestic and family violence.
He cast
In the cast: Iván López, in the role of Nicolas Ortega, Mabel Moreno, in the role of Maria Del Pilar, a charismatic lawyer who fights for the rights and emancipation of women and Lina Tejeiro, Catalina Mejìa, secretly in love with Alfredo Duperly, played by Rodrigo Candamil. On November 14th from 3pm Le Leggi Del Cuore will also make its world debut in live streaming on TikTok with the first episode broadcast in its entirety. The event will be accessible to fans through the official TikTok profiles RaiPlay (@raiplay) and RaiPlay Film e Serie (@raiplayfilmeserie). The event, one of the first of its kind in Italy, To support the viewing experience, an official playlist of the series’ soundtrack will also be available on Spotify, to accompany the audience even outside of viewing.
