The proceedings of this festival, which is considered one of the most important film festivals in Argentina, and its films and discussions that will take place around it, can be followed for free from the OCTUBRE.TV website and also on the Latin American Council for Social Sciences channel.

“We came to this edition with the same enthusiasm and in a way with the same foundational spirit that we stormed into the first edition” of this cultural event, said Christian Morrow, artistic director of the Latinarab festival. The artworks participating in the festival range from documentaries to their comedic counterparts. Among the documentary films for this year’s edition are the documentary “On the Cross” by Tunisian Sami al-Talili about Tunisia and the 1978 FIFA World Cup in Argentina, and the Palestinian / Qatari / Chilean “Journey of Others” produced by Benjamin Vicuña, about the experience of trying to stage a play about the Israeli occupation of Palestine In one of the camps of Jenin.

Hisham Al-Asri from Morocco, Elie Kamal from Lebanon, Nada Riad, Egyptian German, and a wide range of Arab filmmakers, or of Arab origin, and Latin American filmmakers will participate in the festival.
