The Latvian restaurant has received the recognition of “Michelin”.

“November Brasserie” restaurant in the German capital Berlin last year became the first catering company owned by Latvians to be included in the list of restaurants recommended by the “Michelin” guide, Aleksandrs Slobins, manager and founder of “The Catch Family” restaurant group, told the “Dienas Bizness” newspaper.

As Slobin notes, the restaurant was opened only in June of last year, but in a short period of time it managed not only to achieve excellent business indicators, but also to receive recognition from “Mitchelin”.

Slobins also welcomes the initiative of the Latvian Investment and Development Agency (LIAA) to invite Michelin to conduct a gastronomy study in Latvia. He believes that there are enough places serving good food in Latvia, so one of the top-level local restaurants could not only receive recognition and be included in the “Michelin” guide, but even claim a star.
