Hollywood stars Mikijs Rurks and Roberts Kneppers are participating in the film, as well as Latvian actors Dainis Grūbe, Rihards Lepers, Jurijs Djakonovs and Ieva Segliņa. The film was directed by Mauro Borelli, while the producers of the film are Igors Proņins and Jūlija Zaiceva from the Latvian producers’ association Forma Pro Films. One of the preconditions for the project in making the film was the involvement of local producers, which also determined why the film was shot in Latvia, thus attracting local specialists in the film industry, the filmmakers explained.
The ambitious idea of the film was realized with the help of the crowd financing platform “Crowdestor” attracted investors with funds in the amount of 1.7 million euros.

The main character of the film, Mickey Rurk, has gained recognition in the films “Iron Man 2”, “Heart of an Angel” and “Wrestler”. Robert Kneppers has previously starred in Courier 3, Hitman and Breakout. The film’s director Mauro Borelli has worked on Star Wars VIII, as well as two Pirates of the Caribbean.
