Users have described the problem as some games slow or crashing while playing. According to Microsoft, this is because some games and applications “inadvertently enable GPU performance debugging features that are not intended for consumer use,” so it’s a feature built into the operating system.
Microsoft has suspended the rollout of the 22H2 update on computers it believes may be vulnerable, but if you already have it installed, the official advice is that updating the affected programs and games to the latest versions could help resolve the issue.
Otherwise, Microsoft says it is “working on a fix and will provide an update in an upcoming release.” In other words, according to TechRadar, you’ll have to wait for the fix to be included in the next Windows 11 update.
