On Tuesday morning, a car bomb exploded near a local television station in the Russian-occupied town of Melitopol. According to local authorities, this bomb injured five people. Vladimir Rogov, a Russian-appointed regional council member, told Russian state media RIA Novosti that the incident was a terrorist attack.
