SOE Minister Erick Thohir recently reshuffled the board of commissioners and directors of PT Pertamine (Lost) through the General Shareholders’ Meeting (GMS) which was held on Monday (19/9).
Through this GMS, Rida Mulyana was appointed as the new Commissioner of Pertamina to replace Ego Syahrial who was honorably sacked.
Hence, Pertamina appointed Erry Widiastono as Director of Logistics and Infrastructure at Pertamina to replace Mulyono.

Subsequently, he appointed Aep Salyadi Dariah Saputra Director of Strategy, Portfolio and Business Development (SPPU) of Pertamina to replace Iman Rachman from the same position.
The composition of the new Commissioners and Directors of Pertamina is contained in a copy of the Decree of the Minister of State-owned Enterprises no. SK-198 / MBU / 09/2022 concerning the dismissal and appointment of the members of the Board of Commissioners of the Company (Persero) PT Pertamina and number: SK-199 / MBU / 09/2022 concerning the dismissal and appointment of the Board members of administration of the Company (Company) PT Pertamina which was signed on Monday 19 September 2022.
