Recorded at 10 o’clock on March 19, the patient was awake, in good contact, and executed the medical order accurately and quickly. The strength of the extremities is 4/5, the breathing rhythm is better. This is a patient with severe poisoning who has improved well after antidote infusion, has the ability to initiate weaning from the ventilator, and has a good prognosis.

Two patients, HTM (24 years old) and HTC (12 years old) with mild botulinum poisoning, with no indication for detoxification on March 18. Strength of extremities 4/5-5/5, no difficulty in breathing, no difficulty swallowing, improved prognosis without antidote. In general, all three patients with severe botulinum poisoning have a good initial improvement after BAT antidote infusion, will continue to be closely monitored to gradually wean from mechanical ventilation.
