Recorded at 10 o’clock on March 19, the patient was awake, in good contact, and executed the medical order accurately and quickly. The strength of the extremities is 4/5, the breathing rhythm is better. This is a patient with severe poisoning who has improved well after antidote infusion, has the ability to initiate weaning from the ventilator, and has a good prognosis.

Patient HTT (37 years old) on March 18 was still awake, slow contact, weak extremities, muscle strength 1/5-2/5, respiratory failure, mechanical ventilation, very weak spontaneous breathing, heart rhythm disturbances. slow, being put on pacemaker, given antidote.

Two patients, HTM (24 years old) and HTC (12 years old) with mild botulinum poisoning, with no indication for detoxification on March 18.
