US Marshall Matt Morgan’s wife is raped and murdered because she has Indian blood in her veins. The killers leave behind a saddle identified as the property of Craig Belden, a wealthy cattle farmer from the neighboring town of Gun Hill. When Morgan finds out that Belden’s son Rick is one of the killers, he travels to Gun Hill to arrest him. But Beldon Senior refuses to hand his son over to the sheriff because both still have a score to settle: Belden once saved Morgan’s life. However, Morgan must complete his mission before the last train leaves Gun Hill. While the whole town is behind Belden, Morgan gets unexpected help from the local brothel owner.
