Named green comet C/2022 E3 (ZTF) approaching the earth is called a very rare astronomical phenomenon because only once in a lifetime humans can see this comet passing at the closest distance from Earth.

Launching from Akurat.co, the last sighting of this comet was 50,000 years ago or to be precise during the Ice Age. Comets complete their orbit around the sun every 50,000 years.

Comet C/2022 E3 (ZTF) or this green comet can be observed from a place that is free from light pollution, and the weather conditions are quite bright. This comet can also be seen using a DSLR camera, CCD camera attached to a telescope and make sure it is connected to a laptop/computer.
