The last Sahaja Yoga meditation course of the year in Lucca is starting in Capannori

Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi was born in 1923 to a Christian family from Chindwara, Madhya Pradesh. At the age of just seven she was called by Gandhi to his ashram and as a girl she fought alongside the Mahatma for the liberation of India. Throughout his life he fought passionately for the ideals of peace and integration between peoples, receiving numerous international awards. Since 1970, he has formulated and spread the meditation method called Sahaja Yoga – official partner of the UNESCO Center for Peace – free of charge throughout the world, traveling for over 40 years across the five continents.
