Lisa Marie Presley was present at the Golden Globe gala on Tuesday to cheer on actor Austin Butler (31), who was nominated – and won – for I rolled Elvis Presley in last year’s big film by director Baz Luhrmann.
– Thank you so much for opening your hearts, your memories and your home to me. Lisa Marie and Priscilla, I love you forever, Butler said in his acceptance speech.

She is said to have collapsed in her own home in Calabasas on Thursday morning local time. The emergency services responded, and the 54-year-old was taken to hospital. But life was thus unable to save.
Crushed by grief
Lisa Marie has rarely appeared in the limelight. Especially after her son took his own life in 2020, she has been withdrawn.
«I live in a cruel reality», she wrote on Instagram last summer.
«I have had to deal with death, grief and loss since I was nine years old“, she wrote – and added that she “still has managed until now”.
«Men this, that my beautiful, beautiful son is dead? (…) And who was so similar to his grandfather in so many ways that it almost scared me? Which made me worry more than I have about anyone else? No. Just no. No no no», said the 54-year-old.
When Elvis Presley died in 1977, Lisa Marie was only nine years old.
It was Priscilla Presley (77) who announced her daughter’s death on the night of Friday Norwegian time.
– It is with a heavy heart that I have to share the crushing news that my beautiful daughter, Lisa Marie, has left us, says Priscilla to People Magazine.
Lisa Marie leaves behind three children, actor Riley Keough (33) and twins Finley and Harper Lockwood (14).
