The reveal of The Last of Us Part 1 Remake did not convince in its entirety, with some claiming that it is just a “cash grab” on the part of Naughty Dog.
Recently one of the programmers, Robert Morrison, who worked on The Last of Us Part 1 Remake, posted a tweet in response to accusations that the game is just a “cash grab”.
“In fact, it’s the most meticulously constructed and crafted project I’ve ever seen or been a part of in my entire career. The highest level of care and attention to detail possible.”
Obviously the tweet received multiple responses, both negative and positive.
Some of the most used negative arguments are that there is already a remaster, another is that The Last of Us Part 2 online is not even finished yet.
On the side of those who defend the remake, we have messages like that no one is forced to buy the game.
