KOMPAS.com – There are eight planets in the solar system with different sizes. Some planets are large and others are smaller. The planets that are large are Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune.
Jupiter
The planet that is large and the largest planet in the solar system is Jupiter.
The gas giant Jupiter has a diameter of about 143,000 kilometers. This means that Jupiter’s diameter is about 11 times larger than Earth’s.

Jupiter also has a surface area 11 times larger than the surface of the Earth, namely around 6.22 × 10^10 kilometers.
Reporting from Universe Today, Jupiter also has a volume of around 1.43 × 10^15 square colometers. With such a large volume, Jupiter can accommodate 1,321 Earths in it.
Saturn
The next largest planet is Saturn.
Reporting from NASA Science, Saturn is the second largest planet with a diameter of around 116,464 kilometers or the equivalent of nine times the diameter of the earth.
Meanwhile, Saturn has a volume of 8.27 × 10^14 cubic kilometers. This means that Saturn can accommodate around 764 Earth-sized planets in it.

Uranus
The next largest planet is Uranus. Reporting from Space, Uranus has a diameter of around 51,584 kilometers.
With this size, Uranus is four times larger than Earth. Meanwhile, Uranus has a very large volume because it is an ice and gas giant.
Uranus has a volume of approximately 6.83 × 10^13 cubic kilometers. This means that Uranus can accommodate around 63 planets the size of Earth in it.

Neptune
The last large planet is Neptune. Neptune is slightly smaller than Uranus, with a diameter of around 49,244.
Neptune also has a volume of approximately 6.35 × 10^13 kilometers which means it can accommodate 57.7 Earth-sized planets in it.
