It was one of the most awaited moments of the night. Isaiah Thomas had spent hours making his G League debut with 42 points to sign with the Lakers for 10 days and was about to play his first minutes in Minnesota. That’s how it went. Shortly after starting the second quarter, the point guard entered the court dressed in gold and purple to return to the NBA with LeBron James.
