Since Xbox Series X/S y PS5 come onto the market, the truth is that we have already become accustomed to a continuous lack of stock. All three systems have suffered from the worrying situation of component shortages, so getting hold of a unit is quite a challenge. Now, the problem is aggravated even in the Microsoft controllers.
If we take a look at the main stores in Spain, the picture is very similar. Taking the usual Carbon Black controller as a reference, we can see that in Game there are no units available of the Xbox Series and Xbox One controller. In Mediamarkt we also do not find stock of controllers and in the case of Fnac, third-party stores come into play by putting the price at 129.99 euros.

On the other hand, if we go to Amazon we see that right now it is possible to get a command for 64.66 euros, but from Amazon UK. In the history of the digital store, the Carbon Black controller has come exceeding 100 euros per unit during the last few weeks. In addition, if we go to the variants of other colors such as Shark Blue, Daystrike Camo or Red, they have skyrocketing prices or are out of stock.
The same can be said of the Microsoft Store, where we can only get the Red command directly from the company’s platform, which has recognized the problem. In statements to VGCa representative of the company has explained what happens:
