La Fournée, one of the famous bakeries and patisseries of the Chartres agglomeration, located on rue Noël-Ballay in Chartres, had temporarily closed its doors on March 31, 2022. They are now permanently closed.
The Jousset couple bought this 120m² factory in 1979. The company will hire up to eight employees (four before closure).
