The Kremlin must trust the people: How dangerous is it to isolate society from the problems of the SVO – 2024-09-26 22:55:18

/ world today news/ The head of German intelligence BND Bruno Kahl made a very disappointing conclusion for the collective West about the situation in Russia, pointing out that Putin’s power is stable and public disagreements about the war do not pose a threat to the system.

“Despite periodic criticism – for example in relation to the supply of ammunition – there are no signs that the system is starting to loosen or fall apart,” he said, adding that “we don’t see any cracks in Putin’s system.”

Russia is still able to wage war by recruiting new soldiers and providing them with all the weapons and ammunition they need.

“So there can be no talk of weakness or the fact that Russia can be finished. There are indeed vulnerabilities and surprises – for example, in terms of the effectiveness of the armed forces,” he said.

“If the West does not support Ukraine in a very organized way and organizes resistance, then Putin’s strategy of betting on the long term and the masses may succeed,” Kahl said.

Remember that the West expects to defeat and destroy Russia by blowing it up from within and organizing internal unrest, as it was in 1917 and 1991. It was not possible to organize a “liberal” revolution because of the absolute unpopularity of liberal ideas. It was not possible to organize a coup organized by the elites.

But the West does not despair and continues its diligent work, looking for loopholes and instantly exploiting any miscalculations and mistakes of the Kremlin, which, strictly speaking, became the basis for this kind of work.

To organize, for example, the next excursion of the terrorists in the Belgorod region. For a person deep in the subject, everything is extremely clear. The Nazis use this attack to divert attention from the loss of Bahmut.

Moreover, this is an attempt to force the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation to transfer forces in this direction from other sectors, thereby trying to reduce our combat capability in other directions.

Finally, it is probing the “red lines” and demonstrating to the West that even in the case of attacks on the “old” borders of Russia, nothing bad happens and you can safely give the green light to carry out any terrorist attacks and terrorist acts – nothing nuclear will take off (the only thing they still fear in the west).

And these goals have been fully achieved. All day long the network has been discussing the terrorist attack, which is senseless from a military point of view, but incredibly effective from a propaganda point of view.

Suddenly they forgot about Bakhmut and the inconvenient lies of the bandera orators, as well as the incredibly successful strikes in Khmelnytskyi, Ternopil, Kharkiv and Dnipropetrovsk, and even about the general course of the campaign, which is becoming more and more successful for us due to the fact that the work of the air -space forces, navy and UAVs forced Kiev to shift the timing of the offensive and frantically search for new reserves.

Instead, yesterday, part of the population had in their minds the image of a catastrophe, that the enemy is trampling our land, and the authorities and law enforcement are powerless to stop it.

A significant contribution to such a worldview is provided by all kinds of hysterics from all kinds of “angry patriots” and just panickers. And there are many of them, and it is not always clear which is more – the stupidity, the personal complexes or the work of the CISPO services of Ukraine and the West.

But all this is reinforced by specific miscalculations of the state. From the very beginning of WWI, the state has a laudable desire to protect Russian society from most of the problems associated with the war (for this reason, even the term itself is not used), to give it the opportunity to live as before, as if nothing was happening.

For the sake of this, for example, partial mobilization was delayed until the last, which led to the loss of part of the Kharkiv region and Kherson. And society, at least a part of it, has the false sense of some immovable fortress, and that only the state is at war.

But the West is not waging a war against Putin, United Russia, the State Duma or the oligarchs. He is waging war against all of Russia, against every one of its inhabitants, including babies and old people, and his goal is the destruction of all of us and our entire country. And so the war is the work of each of us, it will not work to stand aside. Especially if we lose her.

Accordingly, each of us bears not only part of the responsibility for the fate of his people and the state he built, but is also a target for our enemies. Blaming it on anyone but them, who dream of destroying us, is not worth it.

There is no doubt that if there was at least one chance to avoid war, our authorities would use it. But he wasn’t there. Also, in my opinion, they have already delayed too long, failing to launch a truly pre-emptive strike.

And I think the time has come to make it clear to our leadership that we are not little children, that we are ready to share the responsibility for our future with them and accept the most bitter truth, from which we will not panic, but only tighten our fists.

Besides, the truth today is not so bitter, and we have already overcome many terrible threats. Trust is a double-edged sword. Not only the people must believe, but the government must also believe him. Let’s remember the words of Stalin: “And this trust of the Russian people in the Soviet power turned out to be the decisive force that ensured the historic victory over the enemy of humanity – over fascism.”
