The Kremlin answered the question about the possibility of Russia’s “invasion” of Ukraine

The press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov said that allegations of plans for Russia’s “invasion” of Ukraine could be a camouflage for Kiev’s aggressive thoughts to resolve the Donbass issue by force.

The head of the presidential press service stressed that the movement of the Russian military across its territory does not pose a threat to anyone and should not cause concern.

At the same time, he noted that Kiev itself is building up its forces and it is being helped to build up its forces by supplying a significant amount of weapons, including modern, high-tech ones.

“And all this, of course, we are watching with great concern for all this, knowing the significant influence of extremist politicians in Ukraine,” – said Peskov.

He also stressed that now the number of provocations from Ukraine in the Donbass is growing significantly.

“Moreover, these are provocations, they are carried out with the use of the very weapons supplied by NATO to Ukraine,” Peskov noted, calling this a violation of the current Minsk agreements.
