Homelike returns to the screen today with new episodes of the sixth season. In the opening episode of the season, you get a new look Hannan and Valtteri’s kasarikartano.
The upper floor of the house is spacious but in a corner. The old floor is in bad condition and the fireplace does not work. Interior Designer Seija Strandin and building contractor Vilja Schepelin the eye is immediately drawn to the giant TV that is on the floor next to the staircase.

– The worst thing would be if it didn’t look like us. If only there were bright colors or really clinical white.
Seija and Vilja are also excited.
– Of course, the worst thing would always be that the target people don’t like what they see. It would be a blow to my heart, because I do this with my heart. It would be the worst if they didn’t like anything, says Seija.
Unaware of the owners’ thoughts, Seija has used a lot of white in the new style upstairs. The fireplace, which Valtteri longs for, has also experienced changes.

– I didn’t really get the feeling right away that this was pleasant. The seconds felt quite long, whether this is nice or not, Seija repeats his train of thought.
– Yes, you could see that they were really surprised, says Vilja.

– Where are we? Is this our home? Hanna is amazed.
– The places in the window look the same, but otherwise quite a lot has changed, Valtteri assesses what he saw.
