The following are the return and exchange arrangements for tickets:

1/ Audiences who have purchased tickets can choose to keep the tickets in exchange for tickets of the same value for new concerts in the future. 2/ If you wish to apply for a refund, please bring your complete concert tickets to the Qantas ticket office or the Qantas ticket office at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center during office hours to reset the procedure -refunds will be processed by December 20, 2024. The refund amount (including the face value of the ticket, customer service fee and ticket delivery fee (if any)), refund all monies paid to the credit card account used to purchase the ticket within 45 days work after the refund application.
