The Moeldoko camp, which unilaterally held the Democrat Party (PD) KLB in Deli Serdang, spread evidence that Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) register PD to Intellectual Property Rights (RIGHT) on personal behalf. This evidence represents a new attack from Moeldoko’s camp.
This evidence was presented by the founder of the Democratic Party, Hengky Luntung. The registration, called Hengky, was carried out on 19 March.
“On 19 yesterday it was registered that SBY’s Democrat Party was registered with the Intellectual Property of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, but it has not come out yet because we will argue with that,” said Hengky to reporters, Thursday (8/4/2021).
Hengky was surprised at this. In fact, according to him, the Democratic Party was registered in the name of the party.
“Because in 2007 intellectual property had been registered under the name of the party, now he wants to change it again on his own behalf,” he said.

“SBY is probably SICK, and likes to twist the history of the establishment of the Democratic Party, regarding attributes etc. It was registered on October 24, 2007 in the name of the party, not personally. So does Pak SBY want to make PD for his company?” he said.
Furthermore, Hengky said the founders of the PD would file a lawsuit at the Central Jakarta District Court (PN). This lawsuit is a different lawsuit from the one that has been filed previously regarding AD / ART.
Hengky said that the new lawsuit was related to the preamble of the AD / ART. He assessed that the preamble of the party is currently being faked by SBY.
