After a first session of the Ateliers Paul Bocuse, which took place from September to December, a second session began on Wednesday evening at the CFA Interprofessionnel de Chartres.
Created in 2004, the Paul Bocuse Foundation aims, through these renowned workshops, to transmit knowledge to younger generations.

This is the first time in eight years that a second session has been organized at the CFA in Chartres. Proof of the success of these introductory workshops in the professions of cook, pastry chef, baker and tableware. High-level workshops that arouse more and more interest among young enthusiasts.

Supervised by Dominique Lhomme, Rachid Demoouche and Sylvain Veron, trainers at the CFA Interpro de Chartres, ten new middle and high school students from the Chartres conurbation put on the apron and hat of the illustrious cook before starting the first of the ten lessons that includes the session.
With Artémis, the youngest, educated in 6 e at Notre-Dame College, and Assia, a 15-year-old high school student from Silvia-Montfort, this new session perfectly respects parity with five boys and five girls.
They will all receive an honorary certificate signed by Paul Bocuse at the end of their training, in three months.
