On Friday, the Foreign Minister wished the king a good recovery after it became known that he had developed cold symptoms.

Assistant communications manager at the Royal Court Sven Gjeruldsen stated on Thursday that the royal couple and the Crown Prince would test themselves after meeting Huitfeldt yesterday.
– This afternoon we were notified that the Foreign Minister had tested positive for covid-19. The royal couple and the Crown Prince will therefore be tested in accordance with the infection control rules, Assistant Head of Communications Sven Gjeruld Gjeruldsen informed NRK.
Everyone has now tested negative.
It took about a day from the meeting with the Foreign Minister before the Royal Court reported on the king’s illness.
Most people get sick after two or three days
Assistant Director of Health Espen Rostrup Nakstad can not say anything about this specific case, but responds on a general basis.
