The killers will never have Moldova’s support.

President Maia Sandu noted the support of Ukraine in a full-scale war against Russia and noted that Moldovans should know who “are our friends and who are enemies.”

As reported by “European truth” with reference to NewsMakerSandu said this on Friday in an interview with Moldova 1 TV channel.

“The Moldovans have never been and will never be on the side of the killers. We condemned Russia’s aggression against Ukraine from the first day of the war,” the head of state stressed.

She added that Chisinau spoke about Russia’s attempts to overthrow the constitutional order in Moldova and interference in its internal affairs, as well as the propaganda and disinformation that accompanied them.

“But when we had convincing evidence that they were trying to overthrow the government in Chisinau, democratically elected by the citizens of Moldova, then we went out and spoke publicly so that our people know who are our friends and who are our enemies,” Sandu stressed.

According to her, the resources necessary for the development of Moldova come from Romania, the EU, the US and Japan.

“How much money came from the Kremlin to repair kindergartens, schools and hospitals? Not a single penny came. That’s where blackmail and war come from,” the president added.

In a previously unannounced speech to parliament on Friday, Sandu called on the government to take decisive action “to stop any attempts to destabilize the country” and state institutions to “combat propaganda that poisons people.”

Recall that the United States believes that individuals associated with Russian intelligence, plan to organize protests in Moldova to overthrow the government and install a more pro-Russian government.

Moldovan President Maia Sandu said on February 13 that Russia plans with the help of opposition protests and involving people with military training, as well as citizens of Russia, Belarus, Serbia and Montenegro, attacks on government buildings and a change of power in Moldova.
