Creating the habit of reading in children and bringing them closer to the world of culture in a fun and pleasant way is the goal pursued by the Municipal Library of Tomares “José María Delgado Buiza” with its cultural activities, which return from January 10th. A program designed so that children aged between 3 and 12 can have fun learning and developing their creative skills.
Cultural activities, even for another year, pave the way for learning to listen and communicate, for discovering and appreciating stories, for stimulating the imagination of the youngest in the family and for making reading part of their daily life. The program of the 2023 edition is as follows:
Narrator: Tuesday, 5.00pm to 6.00pm for children aged 3 to 5 yearsand on wednesday, at the same time, for children aged 6 to 12 years. A new opportunity to have fun and dream up the most fascinating stories traveling through the world of books.
Theater workshop for childrenThursday, from 17 to 18 hours and from 18 to 19, For ages 5 to 12. For all those little ones who want to learn to invent and interpret fairy tales, sing and dance, having fun making friends. A laboratory that will help children develop verbal and body expression, improve diction, stimulate memory and mental agility. An activity that also strengthens self-esteem and encourages creativity and imagination as they learn to respect and live in a group, to know and control emotions and to act in public.
