The dispute between reality TV stars Courtney and Kim Kardashian is at the forefront of communication, after the latter cooperated with the Italian fashion house “Dolce & Gabbana”, and accused her of cloning her sister Courtney’s wedding from her husband, drummer Travis Parker.
And in one of the episodes of The Kardashians program, Courtney appears with her sister Chloe and her friend Simon Huck discussing her crisis with Kim, and when asked why she could not say the same thing to her sister’s face, she replied: “Because it is unbearable even if you want to talk to her, she is always on her phone.” “All the time. She can barely look up. She’s really hard to handle.. makes me want to run the other way.”
Kourtney went into depth about why she resented Kim’s partnership with Dolce & Gabbana, and why it was creating distance between her and her siblings, saying, “Our family is very close-knit and we always have been. All of our work has been together, but I think in order to survive I need to find my own identity.” And I just need my own life,” she said, adding, “I really like being away and having my friends and family, you know.”
Later in the same conversation, Khloe joked, “So what are you going to do? You’re not going to talk to her forever?”, to which Kourtney replied, “It’s an option.”
Courtney also accused her sister, Kim, of using her wedding as a “business opportunity” during a previous episode of the family program. She pointed out that she reproduced aspects of her wedding in presenting her own collection for the Dolce & Gabbana fashion house, where she said: “It is a legitimate copy of my wedding.” She explained that she worked on pulling references from Dolce & Gabbana’s archives in the 1990s when it came time to plan her wedding outfits, then Kim took the same step with her collection.
