The judge summons Miguel Zerolo to testify on October 5 for the Emmasa case | Radio Club Tenerife | Present

The former mayor of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Miguel Zerolo, has been summoned to testify on October 5 in the Court of Instruction Number 3 of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, as reported by judicial sources Radio Club Tenerife. Zerolo, who is currently in the Tenerife II penitentiary after being sentenced to seven years for two crimes from embezzlement from public funds and prevarication,by the operation from sale of the front from the beach from Las Teresitas, will appear to explain his performance on the Board of Directors of the municipal water services company (Emmasa) when the allegedly illegal return of the 59 million canon that Sacyr-Vallehermoso had paid was agreed to the City Council for the infrastructures of the water service company in the capital of Tenerife. In the same way, the judge has called the former CEO of Emmasa to declare, Pablo Abril Martorell Fernández and the current mayor of Santa Cruz, José Manuel Bermúdez as a witness. It should be remembered that the complaint that initiated the judicial investigation was presented by the group Unidos Se Podemos in the city council.
